We have styles that include cool jazz, hot trad and big band swing. Combined with the Spread Eagle’s fine food and drink this makes for a splendid enjoyable Sunday afternoon in the refurbished Abbey Suite. So why not share the experience with your friends? And, importantly, book early!

Note: May's Jazz Lunch is on Monday 5th May as part of the Ribble Valley Jazz and Blues Festival. Booking is essential.

The booking system for Sunday Afternoon Jazz Lunch

To continue with our excellent quality menu and good service we need to make some tweaks to our booking system. Sunday Afternoon Jazz events will now need to be booked and paid for in advance by phone, 01200 441202 or in person at the pub. Gigs are still 2pm to 4pm.
Advance booking fee is £25.00, giving you a 2 course meal comprising a main course and starter or dessert, and live jazz music. You will be able to choose from two set meals on the day. Please advise, when booking, if there are any dietary requirements, eg vegetarian.
If you usually just come for a drink at the bar to watch the jazz the charge in January will be £7.50 pp.

We love having the jazz once a month and to keep this a regular event this is the only way, moving forward, that we will be able to do this.
