The BluFunk Syndicate are a 10 piece band formed in November 2014 as a Ribble Valley Jazz & Blues Club Band. They have shown that they can fill the dance floor with a combination of infectious funky grooves and cool music. The band is currently led by Gary Ward who is a talented local music teacher and director who for many years has nurtured local music talent.
‘BluFunk’ cover choice classic tunes from the likes of James Brown, Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder Tina Turner, Otis Redding, Osibisa, The Dynamics and many more.
With a repertoire to please all tastes, this versatile band has all the ingredients to make your wedding, private or corporate event remarkable from the first note.
