Arthur Geldard is a stylish extremely popular young swing/jazz singer especially with Clitheroe, Ribble Valley and Lancashire audiences - and beyond - 3,000 followers on Facebook!
He is a regular at Spread Eagle Dinner Jazz gigs, and with Ribble Valley Jazz Festival audiences. Influences are Frank Sinatra, Joe Williams, Nat King Cole, and The Rat Pack.
Arthur may be bringing spare copies of his fairly new CD ‘Getting Busy’. He’ll be singing with the Trish Ferrarin band. Notably, during Covid tribulations, Arthur lit up those difficult times by setting up FACEBOOK LIVE ‘concerts’ from his front garden in Clitheroe, getting listeners from across the globe, and during which he had commendations from the Lancashire Police for brightening up our lives!

Tables for Dinner Jazz are frequently booked up so we advise early advance booking to avoid disappointment. Sunday Afternoon Dinner Jazz events need to be booked and paid for in advance by phone, 01200 441202, or in person at the pub.
Advance booking fee is £22.50, giving you a 2 course meal comprising a main course and starter or dessert, and live jazz music. You will be able to choose from two set meals on the day. Please advise, when booking, if there are any dietary requirements, eg vegetarian. If you usually just come for a drink at the bar to watch the jazz the charge in January will be £7.50 pp.
