It’s the return of the Maisie Riley Quartet for its third Spread Eagle Dinner Jazz event. Ribble Valley Jazz & Blues prioritises promoting young people playing jazz, so we are delighted to welcome back Maisie’s band.
Maisie, a former member of the Clitheroe Royal Grammar School Swing Band, winner of the RVJ&B’s ‘Jackson Youth Jazz Award 2022’, and currently studying at Chetham’s Music College, will be bringing three of her Chetham’s student colleagues to thrill you with their music. We look forward to embracing their music, their enthusiasm, and their talent.

Tables for Dinner Jazz are frequently booked up so we advise early advance booking to avoid disappointment. Sunday Afternoon Dinner Jazz events need to be booked and paid for in advance by phone, 01200 441202, or in person at the pub.
Advance booking fee is £22.50, giving you a 2 course meal comprising a main course and starter or dessert, and live jazz music. You will be able to choose from two set meals on the day. Please advise, when booking, if there are any dietary requirements, eg vegetarian. If you usually just come for a drink at the bar to watch the jazz the charge in January will be £7.50 pp.
