Ed Lomax and Lyn Fairbanks have played frequently at the Festival and have played at least once a year for the 10 years since the Spread Eagle Dinner Jazz was formed in 2014. The band is very popular so book early!
Ed, an excellent keyboard player, has ensured you enjoy many of the top jazz standard from the Great American Songbook.
Lyn will be singing many of her favourite songs in the usual delightful way. Derek and Mel complete the back line, ensuring the band that’s played here for 10 years are all present.

Tables for Dinner Jazz are frequently booked up so we advise early advance booking to avoid disappointment. Sunday Afternoon Dinner Jazz events need to be booked and paid for in advance by phone, 01200 441202, or in person at the pub.
Advance booking fee is £22.50, giving you a 2 course meal comprising a main course and starter or dessert, and live jazz music. You will be able to choose from two set meals on the day. Please advise, when booking, if there are any dietary requirements, eg vegetarian. If you usually just come for a drink at the bar to watch the jazz the charge in January will be £7.50 pp.
